Power units

Our hydraulic power units can be used in several systems, for example off-shore applications or production lines. By using modular components we are able to assemble standard units very quick, which can be useful in some situations.
 
A standard hydraulic unit is assembled from an aluminium or steel reservoir, bell-housing with flexible coupling, electric motor and gearpump. Further more the unit is fitted with a level/temperature indicator, filler/breather cap and a return filter. Optional the unit can be fitted with a safety relief valve, pressure relief valve and/or directional valves.
 
Beside standard hydraulic units we can also design a unit to your specifications. This is always done in close consultation with you, based on your wishes and needs. 'Tailor made' units can have all kinds of specific characteristics such as a reservoir shaped to fit in a machine, integrated leak collector or a pump placed outside the unit. Most common pumps used in this type of units are piston pumps, but also (multiple) gearpumps are possible.
